We've got this!
Since 2003FTG has helped organizations to Create Healthy Outcomes™ with health promotion programs for their staff, patients and consumers.
The FTG network extends across healthcare, public health, human services and municipalities to provide advocacy, organizational support, and programs that improve the health and wellbeing of residents and consumers. Through these partnerships, they address systems and policies that lead to health equity and the inclusion of individuals with need in community and public health initiatives. Laura O’Reilly Stanzilis R.N., Principal of FTG, executed the Community Health Needs Assessments and Community Health Improvement Plans (with process for tracking impact and outcomes) for local and county offices of public health across 5 counties in Northern NJ.
