Creating Healthy Outcomes Is A Team Effort
Laura O'Reilly, R.N., MSM, CPT

Laura O'Reilly is a Registered Nurse, Personal Fitness Trainer, Business Executive, Public Speaker, and Author. With a Masters Degree in Management with a focus on Public Health & Public Policy and a B.A. in Communications, her diverse background and experiences give her insight and expertise across a broad range of subjects.
O’Reilly is a consultant and advisor for organizations and corporations providing services that include, but are not limited to, organizational research, health education program design, editorial and written content, advocacy, and strategies for program design and implementation; and much more.
Laura launched the Health and Wellness Department at Easterseals New Jersey, a social services agency that provides programs and services for individuals with disabilities and special needs. She created health education and exercise programs for individuals with intellectual disabilities and serious mental illness. Be Well! & Thrive, a program that she conceived and developed, is the first Accredited Inclusive Exercise Instructor Certificate Program in the U.S. by the Institute for Credentialing Excellence. She was the New Jersey Inclusive Health Coalition leader for the National Center on Health, Physical Activity and Disability.
O'Reilly maintains strategic partnerships with opinion leaders, public health professionals, hospitals, fitness and wellness centers and other health professionals and presents on health and wellness topics- for employees, seniors, individuals with disabilities and health professionals, for organizations and conferences throughout the United States.
Public service includes serving as President of the New Jersey Local Boards of Health Association; Public Health Associations Collaborative Effort; State of N.J. Division of Aging, Chronic Disease Self-Management Committee; State of N.J. Dept. of Health, Public Health Practice Standards Advisory Committee; Local Board of Health Member and Mayors Wellness Committee Chairperson.
In service to her inner artist Laura enjoys writing (having earned her B.A. in Theater and Communications). Published works include “Get Fit To Go: Motivation to Exercise and Get Healthy!”, “Only A Cop”, by Harry T. O’Reilly (Publisher and Editor), and hundreds of health and fitness articles as a weekly Gannett newspaper columnist and for newspapers throughout the United States. Laura is the producer and host of a healthy lifestyle video series, “Get Fit To go”.

Cynthia is a Certified Life Mastery Consultant and Life Coach through the

Cynthia earned her BA degree in Sports Medicine and Dance from Skidmore College,

Prior to coaching, as a business woman, Cynthia worked in marketing and leadership development.

Lisa A. Gulla MPH, MAE, H.O.
Lisa Gulla, a licensed health officer, has worked in public health and community-based prevention for over 25 years. She has two Masters Degrees (Public Health and Counseling Psychology), is also licensed as a Registered Environmental Health Specialist and recently joined the Public Health Accreditation Board as a Site Visitor.
She has dedicated her life to the improvement of public health with a focus on health education, advocacy and administration with a focus on quality improvement, workforce development and nurturing upcoming public health professionals through creating robust internship programs.
Lisa has actively been involved in various State level programs over the past ten years through her participation in the New Jersey Association of County and City Health Officials where she currently serves as their President.
Other volunteer activities include being a longtime member of the Hillsborough/Millstone Municipal Alliance to Prevent Substance Abuse and most recently the Hillsborough Board of Health.
Lisa is also an adjunct professor for Contemporary Health Issues and an expert guest lecturer at numerous venues on topics such as leadership skills, needs assessments, grant writing, development and implementation of program/project evaluations, emergency preparedness, community-based prevention, coalition-building and specialized health related topics.
As an advocate for health in all policies, Lisa can provide a lifetime of knowledge and experience to your agency to help promote health and well-being for all target populations.
